Calls Intermittently Going Straight to Voicemail
We have had several sporadic reports of users having external calls go straight to voicemail without ringing. What can cause this? In one case, one time the call went straight to voicemail. 1 minute later, the call rang as normal. The user wasn't at their desk and there were no other incoming calls to that user.

Thank you so much for letting us know about the intermittent issue with incoming calls going to voicemail and welcome to the business forums, jshindl. My first thought is that it could be related to a poor connection, like when your cell phone is off and the call goes to voicemail. If you haven't already, let's check the coaxial connections and make sure that they are snug at both ends. If they look good, I'd be glad to look into this further; just click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number.
