Caller ID

We are having an issue when we call out from any phone in the bank the caller ID on the recipients phone shows as "Group A". I've called to have this changed but nothing was fixed and I cant find anything online on how to change it. Thoughts? This is on a Business Voice Edge phone system

@Comcast_Ethan​ Yes, We have them set each phone to the employees name, no matter what phone we call from the caller id always shows as "Group A" i have gone through each phone user and verified there is no "Group A" anywhere

send a "Peer to peer" / "Private chat message" message to "Comcast Business":

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list

- An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it"
