Caller Id Error

We have had staff changes and every time I attempt to change the Caller ID name under settings I am getting an area.  This is happening under multiple user accounts.  The message says to wait 24 hours before trying again but waiting does not have bring any success either.  I am the admin and have been trying to login their account and change Caller ID under settings.
