Caller ID Blocking Permanently Enabled on Line incorrectly
Hello,
We are comcast business voice edge customers. One of our lines has permanent Caller ID Blocking enabled on it. The user can dial *82 and number to have a work around to show caller id but otherwise it always shows up as no calller id or anonymous.
We need to have this issue fixed with caller id blocking on the line disabled by default. May I DM someone with additional details?

Just to be sure, have you gone on to the portal here : https://business.comcast.com/support/article/voice/masergy-calling-id-block-and-deliver to see if you are able to disable Line ID Blocking for that line? If so, was there any error message when you tried?
