Called ID Showing Former Employee

I need help changing the external caller ID for one of our lines. It still shows a former employee. How can I change this?

Hi, user_e66e9d. I just wanted to check in and make sure this worked for you. If you've had a chance to go through these steps, how has the caller ID for this user been since?

@Comcast_Morgan I have not been able to find this particular setting. As an Admin, can I manage this setting for other users or does he need to log in to his own account?
