Call Queue Not Working
Hello, we have purchased a Comcast Business VoiceEdge Call Queue system. We have two phones assigned to the call queue and whenever we test it, the call queue goes endlessly and never actually sends the calls to the numbers that are in the queue. They never get notified in any way. Is there a fix for this?

Thank you so much for reaching out and being a part of the Xfinity family, TrevorM. Sounds like something weird happened during set up. Have you already tried re-setting up the call queue system? Here https://business.comcast.com/support/article/voice/manage-call-queue-settings-for-business-voiceedge are the step-by-step instructions on how to set everything up.
