Call Forward Problem

We are having the same problem as the op in https://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/t5/Business-Voice/How-do-you-stop-calls-going-straight-to-voicemail/m-p/14522#M220 have tried everything in the solutions, *79 disable DND, *73 disable CFA, Number of rings before forwarding to voicemail is 6, but still all calls are forwarded to Voicemail, any calls transferred also go to voicemail. All other functions are OK. Any ideas? D.

Hi ppcsupport and welcome to the forums! It sounds like you've done most, if not all, the troubleshooting you could on your side so I'd like to look into this further. It may be an issue on the backend. Can you please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number?
