Call Detail Record

There has been an udate to the CDR login page and I can not access my Call history ANYMORE. I call support and they have no clue. Can anyone help me!!!!!!!

Hello EZlocal,

 

Sorry for the delay, we did update the look and feel of our CDR website https://businessvoice.comcast.net/ and type in either your account number or phone number and your security pin and it will pull up your call records. This website works for both Business VoiceEdge and Business Trunks-PRI.  In addition, please find a helpful document here http://business.comcast.com/docs/default-source/getstartedpor/cb_bve_cdr_rev_1014.pdf?sfvrsn=0.

i want to tell you the log is the worst pathetic joke of a program i ever ever used  or had tried to use.  think about it, who did the programing on this joke a 12 year old. hey i cant name one good thing its patheitcly slow, not worth a dam, and great job most of the world uses seconds to rate calls sure thing 5443 seconds in real life is? who cares get it right duh! you dont even have tell us why it cant be said on this forum duh

 on the thing,   and to change to another number? click here go there push this that come on act like your a real phone computer company so we can enjoy the thing,
