BVE: Incoming call & continuous ringing
Anyone experienced after picking up an incoming call, the VoiceEdge app continues to ring (as if the call was not picked up)? If so, any solutions?
We've tried to stop the ringing by disconnecting from the call (still rings) and closing or signing off from the app but the ringing continues. We've had to actually restart/shut down the PC to stop the ringing.

Hello, @user_92886e! I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem with VoiceEdge, but we can look into it for you.
Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and last four digits of your account number or full phone number.
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
• - A "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it. Thank you!
