Busy Lamp Field (BLF) Issues

Are the Engineers still working on the BLF issues - our receptionist phone & sidecar do not show anybod's name except the main line & then it shows the last person she transferred a call everybody else's name is gone - I was told that they discovered this issue in early March (we are brand new customers) & that Tier 3 engineering is working on a solution, but I've heard nothing.
