Business Voice Edge IOS application

How do I get support for the IOS application? It seems to time out alot.

I contacted comcast business support. They had me delete the ios app from my phone and reinstall. This worked perfectly and it has behaved quite nicely since.

No solution as of yet. I discovered that alot of the time if you disable wifi if your on wifi that will help, but not always.
