Blocking a 'Restricted' Number

Good morning all,

I have Anonymous Call Rejection/Private numbers/unavailable numbers set to be rejected, however I received a 'Restricted' call this morning that got through.

In my call log the phone number shows:
Restricted@SNJSCABAPS1aa.ssg.comcast.net
