Be Anywhere number issues

I have never been able to utilize the Be Anywhere number to make outbound calls with my business number displaying on the recipient's caller ID. When I call my Be Anywhere number I received a recording that states "the # dialed is not valid" or "the # dialed is not in service".

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hey there! We would be happy to help take a look and see what is going on. Can you send us a PM with your name and address?

To send a "Peer to peer" message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

@Comcast_Korie Apologies, I could not locate a "Peer to Peer Chat" icon, only a Direct Message icon just to the left my profile. I did try the Direct Message, however "Xfinity Support" does not appear in the drop-down list.

Pleasure to meet you John! Can you provide me with the suit number/letter?

I no longer work for Comcast.

Whoops my apologies! Please follow these prompts. :)

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there

• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list

• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
