Assistance Required with Repeated Account Setup Glitch When Logging into Voicemail Access
Dear Comcast Team,
I hope this message finds you well. Since Saturday, March 22, 2025, we have encountered a repeated glitch when logging into the Business VoiceEdge voicemail system via the following link: https://business.comcast.com/myaccount/Secure/ManageServices/BVE/Dashboard/. Each time we log in to screen voicemails, we are prompted to go through a new account setup process, including resetting our PIN. Specifically, whenever a new login is initiated, we receive the message: "Welcome to Business VoiceEdge™, Natalia! We will have your service all set up in just a few quick and easy steps."
Could you kindly assist in resolving this glitch so that we can access our voicemails without having to go through the setup process repeatedly?
