App is HORRIBLE

I am a remote worker and rely on using the voiceedge app for all calls. This app is absolutely horrible. How has it not been fixed! I can't even forward a call without it dropping and every single week I have to uninstall and reinstall it because it just stops getting any calls altogether. It will also just randomly ring and ring and ring, even when there is no call coming in and I have to restart my entire computer to fix it. Please please please fix this app!!
