Add existing email address to VoiceEdge users

I attempted to add a new Service User to our VoiceEdge account. When I clicked the button to send the invitation, it generated an error.

The user received the invitation and activated their account, but they are not listed as one of the VoiceEdge users.

Now I can't re-invite them to the account, because their email address is already in use.

I appreciate any assistance you can provide for this problem. Thank you for your time.

Hi! Thank you for your concerns about VoiceEdge account and the user not being listed. So the user is not the companies directory at all when searching for them?

That is correct. The new user is not in the company directory at all. I do not see their email address listed in my Service Manager account.

But when they sign in to their Service User account, our business name/address/account# are displayed.

OK, got it and thank you for the additional details. We will get this figured out for you and fixed. 

 

I'd like to ask for some details of your account but first do you mind following the steps below. 

 

To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.

I no longer actively support the Comcast Business Forum or work for Comcast.

Apologies for the miscommunication on how to contact us privately. Please go to:

  • https://comca.st/35R8kOg
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
  • - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it"
