Add existing email address to VoiceEdge users
I attempted to add a new Service User to our VoiceEdge account. When I clicked the button to send the invitation, it generated an error.
The user received the invitation and activated their account, but they are not listed as one of the VoiceEdge users.
Now I can't re-invite them to the account, because their email address is already in use.
I appreciate any assistance you can provide for this problem. Thank you for your time.

Hi! Thank you for your concerns about VoiceEdge account and the user not being listed. So the user is not the companies directory at all when searching for them?
