xfinity connect app - call log

For a few monthx now I have been unable to see the call log in the app. I have tried logging out then back in, turning the phone off then on, and unnstalling the app and reinstalling the app, but no help. I have tried to get some help in the app, but have yet to receive a responce.

what is the point of the forum if you're answering questions in private messages? I need this same thing fixed asap.
