Voicemail to email...

We are trying to enable Voicemail to email, I found the support document that shows how to enable it. But, it's wrong.  The menu path described in the support documentation isn't even close. I searched around in our Business Voice menus and can't find anything regarding voicemail at all! Just call forwarding. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
