voicemail sending to 2 email addresses - how to stop the 2nd email from happening

I have an extension that was moved from one employee that does not need a phone to a new employee.  But when the extension gets a voicemail via email - both employees get the email.   I have completed deleted the old employee from the comcast system, but she is still getting the emails.
