Voicemail indicator signaling message, but there are none

The message indicator on our voicemail is signaling that we have a message, but when we dial into VM system, it states there are none.  I have seen other threads where you indicated that the indicator needed reset.  How can we get that done?

Hi 2Frustrated.  I have reset the message waiting indicator on the associated phone line.  Please let me know if additional changes are needed.

we are havening the same problem and 2 tech support calls and it still isn't fixed !!!!
