Comcast Business high-quality Voice over IP service support
When retrieving voicemail from the phone (not email or web page) there is no date/time given for when the voicemail was received.
Seems like this should be a basic feature?

Thank you for taking the time to reach out and being part of the Xfinity family. You're right, that currently isn't a feature on the phone. As you stated you can still get that info elsewhere. We'd be happy to get your feedback about adding that feature everywhere. If you go here
and on question 5 type that in for us. it would be much appreciated. The more feedback we get from you guys about stuff like this the better off we'll be.
