Voice Mail--possible to skip greeting?
Is there a way for regular clients who call frequently to skip directly to leaving their voice mail message without having to listen to my entire long (and otherwise necessary) greeting? Very discouraging for those regular customers.

Thanks for visiting our support forums page, tbe291.
We don't have a feature that bypasses the voicemail greeting on certain callers but, what you could do is set up a separate voicemail on another number and set up call forwarding selective so when those callers are calling, they'll route to another voicemail box. If you'd like me to take a look at your configuration and provide more detail, send me a private message with your full name, address and, the phone number you're referring to. I'd be more than happy to help!

I'm not sure I understand the question. I apologize. If you'd like to send me a private message so we can review your Comcast Business Voice configuration settings, click my name to visit my profile then, on the right you'll see "Send this user a private message."

Is this a private message for leaving that info?

The answer is for the caller to press 1 as soon as the message starts. That will allow them to leave a voicemail directly, without listening to the greeting.
