Uploading Voicemail .wav

I have a  27-second, 4.67 MB WAV file I'm trying to upload as our voicemail message but, for some reason, Comcast isn't enabling me to upload it as a personal greeting.

When I click the green check button, it loads for a moment, then provides the vague answer, "Please select a valid WAV file."

Does anyone have any additional information or even how to actually contact Comcast Support?

Thanks

Hi! Thanks for reaching out. I can help with the voicemail concern. Would you mind sending a private message with your full name, the last four digits of the account number, and a phone number linked to the account so I can help?

user_bd6040 That is pretty a pretty simple answer, we are on a public forum with 3.8 million active users, and providing your personal information freely to all 3.8 million users is not a good idea. We go into private to protect your information to avoid any breaches in your personal data. Does that make sense?

The error is on Comcast's side. Convert your WAV to an MP3, and it will work. It did for me.
