Uploading Voicemail .wav
I have a 27-second, 4.67 MB WAV file I'm trying to upload as our voicemail message but, for some reason, Comcast isn't enabling me to upload it as a personal greeting.
When I click the green check button, it loads for a moment, then provides the vague answer, "Please select a valid WAV file."
Does anyone have any additional information or even how to actually contact Comcast Support?
Thanks

Hi! Thanks for reaching out. I can help with the voicemail concern. Would you mind sending a private message with your full name, the last four digits of the account number, and a phone number linked to the account so I can help?

The error is on Comcast's side. Convert your WAV to an MP3, and it will work. It did for me.

I'm trying to upload an mp3 file greeting to my voicemail and it keeps telling me "File's audio length cannot exceed 5 seconds. Please use a different file." which is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Who can do a whole message in 5 seconds? I suspect it is not automatically replacing the old one, but there is nowhere on the website where it tells you how to delete the old one before adding the new one. I spent awhile with the chat and they said they would have someone call me back within 48 hours. That is also ridiculous. Comcast is a big company. You don't have anyone working around the clock there to help???????
