Unable to log into voiceportal - phone support has not reset password

I managed to lock myself out of voiceportal.comcast.com by entering the wrong password too many times - I thought I had already set it up, but I had not, so it is still at the default password.

 

When I try to log in with the default (at the suggestion of support) it states my account is locked and to change the password.

 

When I click 'change password', it tells me there are no questions on file and to call support.

 

I have called support, but apparently tier I support is unable to reset my password or unlock my account, and Tier II has not called me back; my account is still locked.

 

Suggestions/thoughts/remedies?

WElcome BH_Antisocial.  Our Support Center informed us that the account has been unlocked and the issue resolved.  Please let me know if you are now able to access the desired services.

It is not unlocked.  I still get  :

 

This account has been locked due to unusual activity. Please reset your password, or contact Customer Service at 1-800-391-3000 to reset your account.

 

And the 'reset your password' link doesn't work because there are no secret questions on file.

Please send me a private message with the username and phone number that is failing and I will work with the Support Team to correct the issue.
