Unable to Call Forward Always my number to out of state number
I'm am trying to Call Forward Always to an out of state phone # (New Jersey (201 area code) and I get a busy signal. If I enter a local number to forward to, (Texas - 281 or 832) it works. I've called into support and they don't know why and have escalated the issue to Tier 2. (Ticket # CR 030814734).
Does anyone has insight or had a similar experience??

I am so sorry that you are having this issue with your phone! If you don't mind, can you send me a DM by following these directions and we can look at that ticket for you, @
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon:
or https://comca.st/3NfyVFO
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
- An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it"
