Transfer toll free number to someone else's account
We own a toll free number that we have been maintaining for our client. They have used this same number for years and now they want the toll free number transferred to their account. We are thinking they would just tell their carrier that they want to transfer the number to their account and then their carrier would ask our permission to transfer. Does anyone know it this is correct?

I see what you mean, yes we can port out numbers from our end and pretty much what you are saying is correct. The client can port in the number to their account. We would just need for you to send us a private message with your name, the full address and account number for us to begin the process from our end.

Hi there, thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to the Digital Care team here through the forums. You have reached the right team to help answer any questions you may have. Just to confirm, you want to transfer the toll-free number to your Comcast account?

No. That is incorrect. We already own the toll-free number and it is on our Comcast account. We want to give the toll-free number to one of our clients, who has been using it for years.
