tracking specific numbers
My business charges specific numbers when they call. My employees dont always write down the call. the volume of calls i get is very lagre and not all of the calls are the ones i specifically bill. What Im trying to figure out is how to track specific numbers in a call log without going through all of the numbers that call? any ideas will help thanks.

Hello gizbriz,
In the business portal once you login click Phone under Manage Services > View Call History. Under this option you can toggle each phone line and export to an excel file for easy sorting.
