toll free porting
Hoping a Comcast Business rep can help with something front-line phone support hasn't been able to resolve.
Two toll-free numbers on my account stopped working after a recent service order. When either is dialed, the call plays a "not in service" recording. Phone support tells me the numbers aren't on my account, but the Somos national toll-free registry still shows Comcast Phone, LLC as the RespOrg for both — so it appears they're held in disconnected/aging status under Comcast's own RespOrg rather than on my retail account, which is why billing can't see them.
I've traced the cause to a specific service order that dropped one toll-free number entirely and re-pointed the other to a different line. Both have been non-functional but still billed since the order installed. I need them looked up in number administration (not just retail billing) and restored before the dropped number ages out and is released — it's time-sensitive.
Can someone pick this up and have me send the account number, order number, and details by private message? Happy to provide everything needed there.

If they are not being billed correctly you would need to speak with the dedicated business team about your package as we have limited access to business accounts on this platform.
