Hi rrothrock. You can access your call detail records by accessing you Business Portal Account at www.business.comcast.com/myaccount. Sign in with your administrator account credentials and the click the Account details tab.
Thank You

I can get that far but can't find anywhere that has incoming detail for the toll free numbers.

We are having the same issue. I can see all of the 586 area code phone numbers but I cannot see the toll free 866 calls that are coming in. Is there a setting to see who is calling us through our toll free #?
Please let me know, Gloria

Phone tech support is a no go on this issue as well, even got transferred to the Toll Free tech support and they bounced me back to customer care which hung up on me. The tech simulated my portal page and could see that the Toll Free number is not listed anywhere.
I need these reports, I don't even have them on my billing.

I can see this seems to be a problem with the Comcast organization. We have to put our faith in god that the company isn't out to stick it to us. Logically it would seem since Comcast is billing for the toll free calls, there should be a list to support what they are charging us for. We all have to put toll free numbers into a land line (to my knowledge we cannot just have it as a "landline") so there is a mix of direct callers and toll free callers, right? I have chatted on this, called on this, and all I get is "sorry". Ironically since most people are using their cell phones to call (free to them), is there even a need for toll free calling? Comcast gives me free long distance so again, is there even a need for toll free calling? I think the solution here is to ditch the toll free calling and save $50-$100 on my phone bill with Comcast.
