Support Via Email?

Can someone post a current email address to contact sales? We want to explore upgrade options and feel it best to use email.

Hello @PaulK, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us on the forums I hope you are doing well! I understand the need to explore options for your account and find the best services that fit your needs and budget. On this platform, we don't have access to modify or change business services.

In order to make changes to your account or explore options, you will need to reach out to our Business sales team at 1-800-391-3000.

@PaulK, you are most welcome glad to get you pointed in the right direction to get changes made to your business account.

Our business team doesn't have an email address you would need to call them in order to get the support you need at (800) 391-3000.

I no longer work at Comcast.

Comcast sales does not have an email address?!? I wonder where they could get one? Maybe they could get one from XXXX? ;-)

I'm sure the individual sales staff all have email addresses but perhaps there isn't a group address that triages incoming messages and assigns them to an appropriate sales rep.... In my experience, whenever I've had the need to look at changing service options, I fill out the form on the Comcast Business site "I'm interested in these features, here's my contact info, etc" and then of course someone tries to call me, but usually they'll also send an email if I can't be bothered to answer the phone for whatever reason.. then you'll have the email address of the business sales rep for your area that's been assigned to you and you can work with them that way.

And when I do end up answering the phone, we still end up dealing with things as much over email for the most part anyway, so.. there you go.

Yeah - I ended up calling in. I'm in and out of the office all the time and just not interested in taking the time to wait on hold for someone to become available. When I did talk to someone in the right department, I was given an email address and have sent them my request. I haven't received a reply, but I'm not being kept captive, either.

  Thanks.
