Salt Lake Phones Are Down

It's been three business days & we've had no service. When will it be restored? We've also not received any updates or contact with anyone!

Please rest assure you have reached the right team for assistance. To get started, please send us a direct message with your full name, business name and service address. 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Comcast Business" in the to line and select "Comcast Business" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
