robo calls

ok. here's the deal. we are constantly getting robo calls at the shop. they're ALWAYS identified by just a city/town and state. i have NEVER had a call identified that way that wasn't a robocall. i can't possibly be the onl;y business with this issue.

i've tried signing up for nomorobo, but that signup page runs me in circles and will not allow me to sign up. how the hell do i stop these?? we get between 3 and 10 a day. even if it only takes a couple of seconds for each call, that's still too much wasted time. it would seem to me that this should be a super easy issue for comcast to fix. simply do not allow calls identified this way to go through.

what are the rest of you doing?

@ltcap Hello and thank you for reaching out over our Xfinity Community Business Forum. I am so sorry to hear that you are still receiving these awful robo-calls constantly, that can definitely be really frustrating. NomoRobo is the way to go, and I would be more than happy to assist you further in getting it setup properly, no problem at all! Anything we can do to help stop those awful, annoying Robocalls you have been receiving. To continue, please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number. By clicking the "message" icon in the upper right page of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle (Comcast Business) to send us a private message.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
