Readable Voicemail Turns Off

Some time ago my readable voicemail just stopped working. (March 22 was the last time it worked). When I go into settings, if I try to turn on Readable Voicemail and Voicemail Notifications, as soon as I hit "Save" it turns everything off. Every single time. I have tried doing it in all different combinations with no luck. I can have the regular voicemail notifications, and even attach audio, but as soon as I try to add the transcript everything just turns off.

Hi there, I am sorry to see that you are also having the same issue with your readable voicemail turning off. Can you please send a private message with the phone number, full address, and your name?

I have reset the voicemail system to send readable voicemail to email every single day for two weeks and it is turned off every single day. What do we need to do to fix this problem?

all I've seen in the forums is "please private message me" (WHERE??) with phone number

there has not been any solutions on the forum page, and now chat is disabled.

How do we fix this so it works again???

I've changed the settings three times today, entered the email and saved the selection

within an hour the settings are turned off.

This thread shows "solution" but there is none except send information privately, and that is for the thread dated 3/13
