Hello!

I am having the same problem.

When calling out from my office phone, there is no company name listed on the caller id of the person I am calling

 

How do I change this so that everyone that is called from our main number sees that it is our company calling?

MareTroika, thanks for reaching out about your Caller ID name. Let's get that update. To send me a private message you have to post publicly first (you did that already) and then click my name and then click send a private message.

Can someone just post directions on how to change the caller ID name when you change the name of your business?  Changing the billing name does not do it.  I have called customer service and they flat out do not know how to do it.

Individual users can manage their Caller ID though My Account.

  1. Sign in and select Manage Settings from the dashboard.

  2. Select the Pencil icon to edit Caller ID display name.

  3. Enter a new Caller ID first name and Caller ID last name. Select the Checkmark to confirm.
