RE: Fire Alarm

I am also having a similar issue. I know it is a Comcast issue, because we attacked a cellar transmitter to the fire panel yesterday, and issue resolved. That cannot be a full time change at this time. Please explain what steps where taken, and How I can get my Primer Rep to help me resolve this issue.

As someone who relies on my fire alarm for safety, I understand the importance of getting this resolved promptly for your business. We can help. Just to clarify, before attaching a cellar transmitter to the fire panel, the panel would fault with a COMM failure. Does this sound correct?
