How can I get help from Comcast to configure my account so that I can start using the “ call forwarding” feature? I had a residential account and it worked just fine. Since switching to a business account, call forwarding has never worked! My first call to Comcast was on 2/2/2019. They finally gave me a repair reference number of CR829643004 after talking to 3 different people. I just tried setting up this feature right now using theComcast instructions and it did not work. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!
