Polycom VVX 311 admin password or another way to connect with SpiceWorks

I'm setting up SpiceWorks to monitor our network and inventory all connected items and while it sees the phones they do not appear to have snmp to allow for details.  I see there is an admin login if you go to the individual phone webpage but the password I found as a default, 456, does not work.  Does anyone know what the default password is or do I have to contact support?  Is there another way to generate info so SpiceWorks can see it for these phones. 

My OCD really kicks up when I view the inventory in SpiceWorks and see all of the unknown devices marked a voip but no details
