Phone Outage Can't Even Get Ahold of Support

Phone service down in South Hadley, MA. It couldn't possibly happened at a worse time. 

Tomorrow is my business's annual sale (meaning it only happens once a year). This is an event that I sink lots of money marketing. If my clients can't call to book me it will have a HUGE affect on my overall sales for the year. In other words I'm screwed unless Comcast fixes this isssue IMMEDIATELY.
