PG&E outages

I have tried several times to contact customer support about our phone and internet being dropped out due to PG&E power outages and i am fed up having to pay my comcast business account and i don't get any calls from my clients. I have now in total lost 9 days worth of clients because they could not reach me and this is going to continue again yes i live in Paradise CA and i will keep calling and emailing until some one coughs up the bill each month other wise i'm going else where , may be AT&T, i have been told that several businesses here in Paradise still get service even with prolonged power outage as long as they have generators and yes we have 2

I have spoke to a few other businesses in the area and they are on the main street and they claim that they have had phone service during the outage, i need to know who would i speak to get my payments lowered even if i have go drop my business package to a small one .

Thank you so much for that information. Can you also confirm the full address for us? We can reach out to our retention team to see if we have any other plans that would help lower your bill. We also can issue a credit to the account for the time you were without service. How long were you without service? -Anisa

In September we we're out for a total of 4 days, October we we're out for a total of 11 days, i have called and got one credit for the month of October, i'm not blaming comcast for PG&E's problems but i would like to know will comcast get extended battery systems to assist small businesses that PG&E is trying to flush out of Paradise Ca .

I appreciate your understanding and the question; as of right now, I have not heard of a battery system but I do think it's a good suggestion. I will pass that feedback on and I'm sure that as the situation continues to unfold, new ideas and processes will be evaluated; we always strive to better our services!
