How can I permanently disable call waiting on my business lines.

That is a great question and we do have the option to remove that feature and turn it off from our end. Otherwise, you do have the option to temporarily disable the option. If you would like for us to remove that feature, you can send us a private message with your name, the full address, and phone/account number so we can get working on this for you.
I have 2 requests...
1. I would like to permanently disable call waiting
2. I would like to turn off the Comcast voice mail feature
