Need my PIN

Hello,

I don't get a PIN to manage my phone. How can I get this reset ASAP. Can you email it to me or call me on my cell with new one? Is there a support number I can call if not?

I feel your pain. I cannot do anything without the PIN and all I get is that need to wait for it to be mailed in 5-8 days.
