My phone is a gushing Spam faucet

25+ Spam Calls a week?

Like caller ID "Jesus Christ" offering me lower interest rates on my credit cards from a basement on the other side of the world.

Perhaps I'm being dramatic.
It's just that
• I've signed up for the Nat'l Do Not Call List
• I have caller I.D.
• I tediously block numbers and report spam callers. I also always signal and put shopping carts away. But I digress.

The point is I do everything I can as a consumer...and it's
• a complete and utter waste of my time.

Again, perhaps I'm overly dramatic...but Spam is a very real, daily quality-of-life problem for us landliners and it should be a problem for our landline service providers.

(Jesus Christ!)

Thanks so much for your patience. I'm so sorry for the delay. You are not being dramatic at all. In my opinion, every call that "isn't" a customer needing help, could interrupt a chance to assist someone in need. My wife runs her own business, and we rely on our business phones. I'd be happy to look into this for you. Can you please send me a private message with the last four of the account number and/or last statement balance, your full name, phone number, and service address including city, state, and zip code? –Rob K.
