International Calling Issues
I'm having trouble with calling International numbers from my service. For example, if I call the Netherlands eg number from Tesla's sales page : 011 31 020 364 0003, I just get a voice saying 'This number is not in service' This is true no matter which number I call in the Netherlands.
I have enabled International Calling for the user calling out following this instructions: https://business.comcast.com/help-and-support/voice/enable-international-long-distance-settings-for-business-voiceedge
And I have called the business voiceedge phone support and I was told that they couldn't find anything wrong with my service. They said everything was enabled and I should be able to call International numbers.
Is there something I'm missing? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Uh oh, I'm sorry to hear that there's issues making international calls and would be glad to check into the systems to make sure that there's nothing that needs to be changed or tweaked. Can you please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number?
