international call locked

We are trying to make international calls, but it will not go through.  We hear a message that says "you are not able to make this call, contact your system administrator". please help.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with making international calls, but you have come to the right place for assistance. Is this error on a mobile phone, or landline?

yrdacas Thank you for clarifying for us! Are you able to login to your Comcast Business portal and see if you have international long distance enabled?

we don't have the Business VoiceEdge dashboard, only Business Voice.

To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Comcast Business" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list (an "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
