Hunt Group not working after Outage - Need Help!

Hello - Any advice on how to reset the Hunt Group? The Comcast Business site is not letting me log in - keeps giving me error messages - and while it is good news to have one running line, anyone getting bumped to the second line gets bumped to voicemail. Not ideal after a morning of telephone problems and anxious callers waiting for their plumbers!
