forward/share Voice msg
The Comcast Business voice msg system sould really stand some improvements. With the Infinity system, from the Web or from the app I could see transcripts and forward them to people
With Comcast Business Web page, I can see hear the voice msg, but can not see it for forward it to anyone. All I can do is download it and the send a separate msg with the downloaded mp3 file attached.
With the Comcast Business app, I can see the voice msg and see a transcript, but have no way to forward to someone. The share and text buttons do not forward the msg.
I have soke with Comcast Tech support and they set me up to have emails of the voice msgs sent to our email account and it worked for several weeks, but it has stopped again.
without the ability to receive voicemsg transcript emails (so they can be forwarded to people) or have the app and web page set up to be able to forward the transcripts, the Business system is less useful that the Infinity system and needs to be improved.
