Download Recorded Automated Attendant Greetings

Question

I recorded automated attendant greetings through the phone for my Business Hours and After Hours. How can I download the recordings to my computer, so I can upload them later without having to re-record them.

I can see the file name with a .wav extension when I go to Manage Automated Attendant and look at Current Greeting, but I can't download it.

any updates on downloading current greetings? i see the file name but no way to download it, only options are record or upload.
