Disappointment with Customer Service Experience Regarding Device Upgrade

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the customer service I recently experienced while attempting to upgrade my device with Comcast Business.
Unfortunately, the information provided to me was inconsistent, unclear, and ultimately resulted in unnecessary frustration and delays.

I contacted your customer service team to inquire about upgrading my device. During this process, I was given conflicting information regarding eligibility, pricing, and the steps required to complete the upgrade. Despite speaking with multiple representatives, I was not provided with clear and accurate details, which led to confusion and inconvenience.

As a loyal customer, I expect reliable and transparent service, especially when making important decisions about my mobile and internet services. However, this experience has left me questioning the level of support I can expect moving forward. I respectfully request that Comcast Business Support take steps to improve communication and ensure that representatives are properly trained to provide customers with accurate information.

Additionally, I would appreciate a resolution to my situation, whether that be a clear explanation of my upgrade options or assistance in completing the process without further delays.
