cyber Friday

Dear person:

 

Our credit card machine and both phone lines were down on Cyber Friday for most of that  day.  That really cut our sales down about 50%.  We have to turned down so many customers who do not have cash to purchase at our Hardware store.  Therefore, will you consider to give us some credit on our next bill?  

 

I had to call my sales rep late in the afternoon and Charles Huszty was able to get us back in about one hour...Thank goodness.
