Connection dropped

I am trying to operate a business and I have missed about 98 calls over the last few days. I try to get in touch with someone but it is absolutely impossible. It tells me that the lines are too busy and they will send a reset. They do that and nothing happens afterwards. After I call again I get the same thing. How do you ever get in touch with somebody that can help you there. I'm trying to run a business and all day long we've been hanging up on everybody. This is great for my business I would really appreciate an answer right away
